Career
The career is one line from Istanbul sites to South American port and shipyard corridors: labour, word and measurable result.
In the 1990s, Istanbul-centred construction and real-estate management put asset and site discipline first. From the 2000s, urban renewal and infrastructure project development formed the spine of a Türkiye-based portfolio.
After 2010, international investment turned toward South American shipyards, ports and logistics. Along the Atlantic line from Montevideo to Recife, dry-dock operations, quays and regional capacity became visible.
Since 2016, as a founding partner of Altamira Global Strategies, he has worked in corporate finance and strategic investment advisory.
For Egemen Mustafa Şener, construction is a cornerstone of the economy. Not only housing, but commercial buildings, industrial facilities, roads and city systems — the skeleton that keeps a country standing.
He sees construction as shaping the future. A foundation poured today may become a neighbourhood for thousands, a factory production line, or a city’s water and energy network a decade later. That sense of responsibility guides project selection.
Türkiye’s growing population and urbanisation increase housing and infrastructure needs every year. Şener aims to answer that need not only by delivering square metres, but by creating safer, modern and liveable places.
During the Ukraine period he gained business-development and project experience in Eastern Europe. Different legal systems, market dynamics and construction standards became part of an international outlook. In Kyiv he developed commercial and cultural partnerships and witnessed Eastern Europe’s transformation.
